【摘要】：天然產(chǎn)物已被用來防治人類疾病數(shù)千年,并在藥物發(fā)現(xiàn)和發(fā)展中發(fā)揮越來越大的作用。白樺脂酸(betulinic acid,BA)又稱白樺酸、樺木酸,是一種五環(huán)三萜酸,存在于多種植物中。近年來的研究表明,BA具有多種多樣的生物活性,如抗腫瘤、抗病毒、抗炎、抗菌、抗瘧疾等,尤其是在抗腫瘤和抗HIV方面,特別是針對(duì)黑色素腫瘤細(xì)胞具有專一的殺死作用,因此得到了廣泛關(guān)注。更重要的是BA衍生物抗HIVⅡ期臨床實(shí)驗(yàn)已經(jīng)取得成功,所以BA目前已被認(rèn)為是最具潛力的藥物先導(dǎo)化合物之一。因此,本綜述從BA的制備合成以及藥理活性等方面對(duì)近年來的相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行概括總結(jié),以期為BA的研究和開發(fā)利用提供參考。
[Abstract]:Natural products have been used in the treatment of human diseases for thousands of years, and play more and more important role in drug discovery and development. Betulinic acid (betulinic acid BA) is also called betulinic acid, betulinic acid, is one of three pentacyclic triterpene acids, found in many plants. Recent studies show that BA has a variety of biological activities, such as antitumor, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, anti malaria, especially in the anti-tumor and anti HIV, especially with the specific killing effect against melanoma tumor cells, so it has been widely concerned. More important is BA derivatives against HIV phase II clinical trials have been made success, so BA has been considered one of the most potential lead compounds. Therefore, this article from the preparation of BA synthesis and pharmacological activity and other aspects of research in recent years are summarized, in order to use the research and development of BA provide Reference resources.
