【摘要】：對LCZ696的關(guān)鍵中間體(R)-叔丁基(1-([1,1′-聯(lián)苯]-4-基)-3-羥基丙烷-2-基)氨基甲酸酯進行了工藝改進研究,即以價廉易得的甘氨酸甲酯鹽酸鹽為起始物料,經(jīng)縮合、N-烷基化、水解、生物酶拆分、Boc酸酐保護、還原獲得目標產(chǎn)物,反應(yīng)總收率37.0%。
[Abstract]:The key Intermediate for LCZ696, RPI-Tertiary Ding Ji 1-(.
