【摘要】：目的:解讀《中國藥典》2015年版非無菌產(chǎn)品微生物限度檢查控制菌檢查法的主要增修訂情況。方法:對比《中國藥典》2015年版非無菌產(chǎn)品微生物限度檢查控制菌檢查法與《中國藥典》2010版微生物限度檢查法相關內容的主要差異。結果:《中國藥典》2015年版非無菌產(chǎn)品微生物檢查控制菌檢查法在檢查內容、檢查方法、培養(yǎng)體系及質量控制理念等方面都做了較大修訂。結論:《中國藥典》2015年版將微生物限度檢查控制菌檢查法完善成為更加科學的與國際接軌的檢查方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to interpret the main additions and revisions of the microbial limit inspection and control method of the 2015 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Methods:. To compare the main differences between the microbiological limit test method of the 2015 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and the 2010 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Results:. Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 edition of non-aseptic products microbiological examination control bacteriological examination in the content. Inspection methods. The training system and the concept of quality control have been greatly revised. Conclusion:. The 2015 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia improved the microbial limit inspection and control bacteria examination method into a more scientific inspection method in line with international standards.
