目的:探討miR-28-3p通過PI3K/AKT通路對(duì)糖尿病性視網(wǎng)膜病變（DR）大鼠及視網(wǎng)膜血管生成的影響。方法:SD大鼠分為假手術(shù)組（sham組）、糖尿病模型組（model組）、糖尿病+陰性對(duì)照組（miR-NC組）和糖尿病+miR-28-3p inhibitor組（miR-28-3p inhibitor組）,采用腹腔注射鏈脲佐菌素溶液建立糖尿病大鼠模型并給與腺相關(guān)病毒（AAV-U6-inhibitor-rno-miR-28-3pCAG-EGFP）治療;qPCR檢測(cè)各組大鼠視網(wǎng)膜組織中miR-28-3p的表達(dá)情況;HE染色觀察各組大鼠視網(wǎng)膜內(nèi)血管分布面積情況;免疫熒光檢測(cè)CD31的表達(dá);免疫組化檢測(cè)各組大鼠視網(wǎng)膜組織中Bax和Bcl-2蛋白的表達(dá)情況;ELISA檢測(cè)各組大鼠血清中炎性因子（TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-6）的表達(dá)情況;Western blotting檢測(cè)PI3K、AKT蛋白表達(dá)情況。結(jié)果:與sham組相比,model組大鼠視網(wǎng)膜組織中miR-28-3p的表達(dá)上調(diào)（P<0.001）,與model組相比,miR-28-3p inhibitor組大鼠視網(wǎng)膜組織中miR-...
