目的:探討鼻咽癌（NPC）病毒抗原、腫瘤相關(guān)抗原、EB病毒拷貝數(shù)（EBV）與臨床特征之間的關(guān)聯(lián)性,分析EB病毒拷貝數(shù)與抗原特異性免疫反應(yīng)的相關(guān)性,尋找與臨床特征有關(guān)的T細(xì)胞免疫指標(biāo),為將來鼻咽癌個體化治療的開展提供實驗室依據(jù)。方法:選擇2015年3月²016年9月新疆醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬腫瘤醫(yī)院由病理明確診斷的鼻咽癌初治患者61例,用ELISpot法檢測研究對象外周血T細(xì)胞對SALL4、NYESO1、SSX2及LMP2A蛋白抗原肽池的特異性細(xì)胞免疫反應(yīng)水平;同時應(yīng)用PCR方法檢測血漿中EBV拷貝數(shù)。分析上述抗原CTL反應(yīng)、EBV拷貝數(shù)與臨床特征之間的關(guān)聯(lián)性及EBV拷貝數(shù)與上述抗原的CTL反應(yīng)的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果:（1）NPC患者外周血中SALL4、NYESO1、SSX2及LMP2A特異性CTL免疫反應(yīng)陽性率分別為27.9%、18.0%、11.5%、55.7%;反應(yīng)強(qiáng)度分別47.4、37.5、27.8、142.7 SFC/10⁶PBMCs。（2）NPC患者SALL4特異性CTL反應(yīng)頻率在EBV陰性組高于陽性組,有統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異（40.7%和17.6%,P=0.0...
