【摘要】：目的探索改善先天性小耳畸形患者皮膚擴(kuò)張法耳廓再造效果的方法及其常見(jiàn)并發(fā)癥的防治。方法回顧性分析解放軍總醫(yī)院耳鼻咽喉頭頸外科2006.7-2012.12由筆者完成的204例(245耳)采用耳后皮膚擴(kuò)張法完成的耳廓再造患者資料,根據(jù)再造耳廓的逼真性及雙側(cè)對(duì)稱(chēng)性進(jìn)行Ⅰ-Ⅳ級(jí)效果評(píng)定。結(jié)果Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ級(jí)比例分別為54.7%(134/245)、42.0%(103/245)、2.9%(7/245)、0.4%(1/245)。感染、耳廓支架外露、切口裂開(kāi)各2例,耳后血腫、皮下瓣部分無(wú)菌性壞死各1例,經(jīng)過(guò)及時(shí)恰當(dāng)處理后均順利愈合。結(jié)論耳后皮膚擴(kuò)張法耳廓再造術(shù)是先天性小耳畸形患解決外觀問(wèn)題的良好方法,及時(shí)正確的處理可以預(yù)防各種并發(fā)癥的產(chǎn)生或消除其產(chǎn)生后的影響。
