【摘要】：目的分析鼻息肉鼻竇炎鼻內(nèi)鏡手術(shù)后切口感染的發(fā)生,探討有效的干預(yù)預(yù)防對策,為臨床資料提供參考依據(jù)。方法對醫(yī)院2005-2012年收治的鼻息肉鼻竇炎患者行鼻內(nèi)鏡手術(shù)后發(fā)生切口感染的28例患者臨床資料進(jìn)行回顧性分析,通過對患者自身因素、手術(shù)情況、住院時(shí)間的分析比較,尋找影響切口感染的危險(xiǎn)因素,采用SPSS16.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果全部2 963例經(jīng)過鼻內(nèi)鏡手術(shù)治療鼻息肉、鼻竇炎的患者共發(fā)生切口感染28例,感染率為0.94%;患者年齡、吸煙、飲酒史、糖尿病史、手術(shù)時(shí)間、切口類型、麻醉方式、圍術(shù)期的護(hù)理、抗菌藥物的使用和住院時(shí)間等是發(fā)生術(shù)后切口感染的相關(guān)因素。結(jié)論規(guī)勸患者戒煙、控制血糖水平,加強(qiáng)手術(shù)熟練度縮短手術(shù)時(shí)間、做好圍術(shù)期的護(hù)理以及合理使用抗菌藥物等可以有效地降低切口感染的發(fā)生,綜合性護(hù)理和防治措施是控制切口感染的有效手段。
[Abstract]:Objective To analyze the occurrence of incisional infection after nasal endoscopic surgery of nasal polyposis and to explore effective preventive measures and provide reference for clinical data. Methods The clinical data of 28 patients with the incisional infection after nasal endoscopic surgery in the hospital from 2005 to 2012 were analyzed retrospectively, and the risk factors that affected the incision infection were found through the analysis of the patient's own factors, the operation condition and the hospital stay time. The software of SPSS16.0 was used for statistical analysis. Results A total of 2,963 cases of nasal polyposis and nasal polypus were treated by nasal endoscopic surgery. The infection rate was 0.94%. The patient's age, smoking, history of drinking, history of diabetes, time of operation, type of incision, the way of anesthesia, nursing during the perioperative period, The use of antibacterial drugs and the time of hospital stay were related to the postoperative incision infection. Conclusion It is an effective way to control the infection of incisional infection, such as stopping smoking, controlling blood sugar level, strengthening the skill of the operation, shortening the operation time, keeping the nursing in the perioperative period, and using the anti-bacterial medicine reasonably.
