【摘要】：目的探討聽覺過敏患者的臨床特征及聽覺過敏對患者的影響。方法通過結(jié)構(gòu)性訪談的形式,對32例聽覺過敏患者進(jìn)行病史問卷調(diào)查及焦慮自評量表調(diào)查,并進(jìn)行純音聽閾及響度不適閾(loudness discomfort level,LDL)測試,分析聽覺過敏的臨床特征及相關(guān)因素之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果 32例聽覺過敏患者中,以31~40歲(9例)及41~50歲(11例)最多見,28例(87.50%)伴耳鳴,14例(43.75%)伴頭痛。常見敏感聲音有小孩哭聲、尖叫聲、鬧市交通噪聲。聽力正常(22例)、聽力下降(10例)患者左、右耳的平均LDL分別為74.25±1.71、72.75±1.56和75.12±2.21、71±20±1.24差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。LDL分級與受聽覺過敏困擾程度無明顯相關(guān)性(r=0.014,P0.05);焦慮自評量表得分隨著受聽覺過敏困擾程度的增加而增加。結(jié)論聽覺過敏是個(gè)體生理和心理共同作用的一種臨床癥狀,受聽覺過敏困擾程度越嚴(yán)重越易有焦慮癥狀,其治療關(guān)鍵在于糾正不良心理及行為問題。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical characteristics of patients with auditory allergy and the effect of auditory allergy on patients. Methods 32 patients with auditory allergy were investigated by medical history questionnaire and self-rating anxiety scale (loudness discomfort level,LDL) in the form of structural interview, and pure tone hearing threshold and loudness threshold were tested to analyze the clinical characteristics of auditory allergy and the relationship between related factors. Results among the 32 patients with auditory allergy, 31 cases were 40 years old (9 cases) and 41 cases were 50 years old (11 cases), 28 cases (87.50%) were accompanied by tinnitus, and 14 cases (43.75%) were complicated with headache. Common sensitive sounds are children crying, screams, downtown traffic noise. The average LDL of left and right ears was 74.25 鹵1.71, 72.75 鹵1.56 and 75.12 鹵2.21, 71 鹵20 鹵1.24, respectively (P 0.05).
