不同方法治療在良性陣發(fā)性眩暈的研究

【摘要】：目的探討眩暈障礙量表(dizziness handicap inventory,DHI)對(duì)水平背地性眼震良性陣發(fā)性位置性眩暈(apo-geotropic nystagmus horizontal semicircular canal benign paroxysmal positional vertigo,apogeotropic HSC-BPPV)患者健康相關(guān)生活質(zhì)量(quality of life,QOL)的評(píng)估意義。方法回顧性分析2014年3月至2015年5月期間確診為apogeotropicHSC-BPPV的40例患者,采用漢化的英文版眩暈障礙量表,在治療前和治療后1個(gè)月進(jìn)行QOL的調(diào)查和評(píng)估,比較采用不同耳石重置法的兩組患者功能、情感、軀體三個(gè)方面的得分和總分。結(jié)果兩組患者在治療后的DHI各項(xiàng)分值和總分均明顯低于治療前,且差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組患者間比較,在治療前和治療后的DHI各項(xiàng)分值和總分均相當(dāng),差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組手法耳石復(fù)位全部成功。結(jié)論水平背地性眼震良性陣發(fā)性位置性眩暈患者,改良Nuti法和Gufoni法均能改善患者的QOL,漢化的英文版DHI在BPPV患者QOL評(píng)估中起著重要作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the significance of vertigo disorder scale (dizziness handicap inventory,DHI) in evaluating health-related quality of life (quality of life,QOL) in patients with horizontal dorsal nystagmus benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (apo-geotropic nystagmus horizontal semicircular canal benign paroxysmal positional vertigo,apogeotropic HSC-BPPV). Methods 40 patients with apogeotropicHSC-BPPV diagnosed from March 2014 to May 2015 were analyzed retrospectively. the QOL was investigated and evaluated before and 1 month after treatment with the Chinese English version of Vertigo Disorder scale. The scores and total scores of function, emotion and body of the two groups were compared. Results the scores and total scores of DHI in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in the scores and total scores of DHI before and after treatment between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion both modified Nuti method and Gufoni method can improve the Chinese version of QOL, in patients with horizontal dorsal nystagmus benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, which plays an important role in the evaluation of QOL in patients with BPPV.
