【摘要】：目的了解2011~2012年郴州市新生兒聽力障礙的發(fā)病情況及新生兒聽力篩查實施過程中可能存在的問題。方法對2011~2012年郴州市分娩的新生兒在出生后3~5天行TEOAE聽力初篩,未通過者42天齡時行TEOAE聽力復(fù)篩,復(fù)篩未通過者在3個月內(nèi)行ABR、ASSR等檢查,對患兒進行綜合聽覺評估。結(jié)果 2011~2012年郴州市新生兒初篩率為86.82%(121 352/139 769),復(fù)篩率為81.87%(10 216/12 478),轉(zhuǎn)診率為74.37%(795/1 069);確診為聽力損失161例(242耳),其中單耳80例,雙耳81例,聽力損失檢出率為1.33‰(161/121 352);確診月齡為2~24月,平均5.1±3.1月。結(jié)論 2011~2012年郴州市新生兒聽力損失檢出率為1.33‰,但存在初篩率、復(fù)篩率、轉(zhuǎn)診率低,漏診率、失訪率高等問題。應(yīng)加強新生兒聽力篩查宣傳,隨訪及管理工作,降低聽力障礙患兒的失訪及漏診率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the incidence of neonatal hearing impairment in Chenzhou City from 2011 to 2012 and the possible problems in the implementation of neonatal hearing screening.
