【摘要】：目的：針對SS型水液缺乏型干眼和非SS型干眼臨床特點(diǎn)和人工淚液加局部激素療效進(jìn)行比較研究。 方法：在廣西醫(yī)科大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院風(fēng)濕免疫科與眼科門診行于眼檢查符合水液缺乏型干眼診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的患者中,符合SS診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的患者作為SS組,其余患者作為非SS組。對兩組患者均給予0.1%玻璃酸鈉滴眼液(愛麗)滴眼Qid+妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液(典殊)滴眼Qid。分別于治療前、治療后一周,治療后一月監(jiān)測兩組患者的國際眼表疾病指數(shù)(OSDI)、淚液分泌試驗(SchirmerⅠTest)、淚膜破裂時間(BUT)、角膜熒光素染色評分(FL)四項指標(biāo),并行相關(guān)統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析。 結(jié)果：1.經(jīng)人工淚液聯(lián)合局部激素治療,SS組和非SS組OSDI、SchirmerⅠtest、BUT、FL四項指標(biāo)均有不同程度的改善(各項指標(biāo)P0.05)；2.治療前SS組與非SS組相比,OSDI差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),SS組的OSDI較非SS組的評分高；而SchirmerⅠtest和BUT差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義；3。經(jīng)人工淚液聯(lián)合局部激素的治療,非SS組與SS組療效差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(X2=7.219,P0.05)。 結(jié)論：人工淚液聯(lián)合局部激素治療水液缺乏型干眼,可以緩解該眼疾患者的癥狀及減少其陽性體征,非SS組療效要優(yōu)于SS組；人工淚液聯(lián)合局部激素治療下,SS-ATD中的炎癥可能較NSS-ATD更難控制。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the clinical characteristics of SS type water deficiency dry eye and non SS dry eye and the curative effect of artificial tear plus local hormone. Methods: in the Department of Rheumatology Immunology and Ophthalmology Department of the first affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University, the patients who met the diagnostic criteria of water-fluid deficiency type dry eyes were treated as SS group and the other patients as non-SS group.
