【摘要】：目的:本研究旨在探討射頻熱凝雙側(cè)翼管、篩前神經(jīng)叢集區(qū)對(duì)變應(yīng)性鼻炎(AR)血清及鼻黏膜中神經(jīng)肽的影響。方法:在2009年11月至2010年9月期間從醫(yī)院隨機(jī)選取18名AR患者接受雙側(cè)翼管、篩前神經(jīng)叢集區(qū)射頻熱凝術(shù)。分別在術(shù)前和術(shù)后2月用ELIA檢測(cè)血清P物質(zhì)(SP)、血管活性腸肽(VIP)和神經(jīng)肽Y(NPY)水平,同時(shí)用免疫組化檢測(cè)鼻黏膜中此三種神經(jīng)肽水平。結(jié)果:血清中SP、VIP和NPY水平在術(shù)前分別為63.46±12.68 ng/ml、32.46±17.49 ng/ml、10.51±4.27 pg/ml,術(shù)后分別為38.44±14.21 ng/ml、14.76±8.01 ng/ml、4.81±2.62 pg/ml。通過免疫組化發(fā)現(xiàn)術(shù)后鼻黏膜中SP、VIP和NPY水平都顯著下降(P0.05)。結(jié)論:目前數(shù)據(jù)表明雙側(cè)翼管、篩前神經(jīng)叢集區(qū)射頻熱凝治療AR能減少血清及鼻黏膜中SP、VIP和NPY水平。本研究支持了該手術(shù)是治療AR有效果手段這一觀點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effects of radiofrequency thermocoagulation of bilateral pterygoid tube and anterior ethmoidal nerve cluster on neuropeptides in serum and nasal mucosa of allergic rhinitis (AR). Methods: from November 2009 to September 2010, 18 patients with AR were randomly selected for radiofrequency thermocoagulation of bilateral pterygoid tube and anterior ethmoidal nerve cluster area. The levels of serum substance P (SP), vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) and neuropeptide Y (NPY) were detected by ELIA before operation and 2 months after operation, and the levels of these three neuropeptides in nasal mucosa were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: the levels of SP,VIP and NPY in serum were 63.46 鹵12.68 ng/ml,32.46 鹵17.49 ng/ml,10.51 鹵4.27 pg/ml, and 38.44 鹵14.21 ng/ml,14.76 鹵8.01 ng/ml,4.81 鹵2.62 pg/ml., respectively. The levels of SP,VIP and NPY in nasal mucosa decreased significantly after operation (P 0.05). Conclusion: the current data show that radiofrequency thermocoagulation in bilateral pterygoid tube and anterior ethmoidal nerve cluster area can reduce the levels of SP,VIP and NPY in serum and nasal mucosa. This study supports the view that the operation is effective in the treatment of AR.
