【摘要】： 【目的】：探討逆行鼻淚管置管術(shù)治療鼻淚管阻塞的臨床療效【研究方法】：收集我院2008年2月至2010年3月應(yīng)用逆行鼻淚管置管治療鼻淚管阻塞的病例資料87例(101眼)其中逆植球頭硅膠管共79例(92眼),逆植人工鼻淚管8例(9眼),對其進行臨床觀察并討論。【結(jié)果】逆植球頭硅膠管的患者術(shù)后隨診3-27個月,平均14個月,治愈、好轉(zhuǎn)79眼,治愈有效率86.81%,無效12眼13.18%。植人工鼻淚管的患者術(shù)后隨診1-3個月,治愈8眼,有效率88.89%。采用卡方檢驗,x2=0.389 P=0.5330.05.手術(shù)療效在兩種手術(shù)方式之間差異無顯著意義�！狙芯拷Y(jié)論】逆行置管治療鼻淚管阻塞具有操作簡單、療效良好、微創(chuàng)、經(jīng)濟的優(yōu)點,患者容易接受,有很好的推廣價值。
