具有視力計(jì)功能的手持式視網(wǎng)膜對(duì)比敏感度測(cè)量?jī)x的研制與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:目的研究設(shè)計(jì)具有干涉視力計(jì)功能的手持式視網(wǎng)膜對(duì)比敏感度(retina contrast sensitive function,RCSF)測(cè)量設(shè)備,并探究其臨床測(cè)量的重復(fù)性和有效性。方法制作手持式具有干涉視力計(jì)功能的RCSF樣機(jī)3臺(tái),并對(duì)48例(48眼)正常人(RCSF測(cè)量組)和20例(33眼)成熟白內(nèi)障患者(干涉條紋視力測(cè)量組),分別進(jìn)行2次RCSF測(cè)量和術(shù)前最佳矯正視力測(cè)量。對(duì)2組間RCSF測(cè)量差異性進(jìn)行獨(dú)立樣本t檢驗(yàn),術(shù)前、術(shù)后最佳矯正視力相關(guān)性采用線性相關(guān)分析。結(jié)果在對(duì)48例正常人的2次測(cè)量中,對(duì)應(yīng)空間頻率2.4 c·d-1、3.6 c·d-1、6.0 c·d-1、9.0 c·d-1、15.0 c·d-1、24.0 c·d-1的前后不一致的次數(shù)分別是0次、0次、2次、4次、4次、9次,一致率分別是100%、100%、95.8%、91.7%、91.7%、81.3%。除對(duì)應(yīng)空間頻率24.0 c·d-1的RCSF測(cè)量值外,其余空間頻率測(cè)量結(jié)果與平板微機(jī)RCSF測(cè)定儀的測(cè)量結(jié)果相比差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均為P0.05)。33眼白內(nèi)障患者中有19眼術(shù)前無法用樣機(jī)測(cè)出最佳矯正視力,術(shù)前和術(shù)后最佳矯正視力之間具有相關(guān)性(r=0.382,P=0.028)。20~40歲組、40~60歲組和60~80歲組,術(shù)前與術(shù)后視力測(cè)量一致性分別為34.4%、53.7%和25.9%。結(jié)論具有干涉視力計(jì)功能的手持式RCSF測(cè)量樣機(jī)具有較好的移動(dòng)性、良好的測(cè)量穩(wěn)定性和有效性,不但可以用于測(cè)量RCSF,且具有良好的干涉視力計(jì)測(cè)量功能。
[Abstract]:Objective to study and design a hand-held retinal contrast sensitivity (retina contrast sensitive function,RCSF) measuring device with interferometric vision meter function, and to explore the reproducibility and effectiveness of its clinical measurement. Methods three hand-held RCSF prototypes with interferometric visual acuity were made. 48 normal subjects (48 eyes) and 20 patients (33 eyes) with mature cataracts (interferometric fringes vision measurement group) were enrolled in this study. RCSF measurement and preoperative best corrected visual acuity measurement were performed twice. The difference of RCSF measurement between the two groups was tested by independent sample t test, and the correlation of best corrected visual acuity before and after operation was analyzed by linear correlation analysis.
