【摘要】：正原發(fā)性鼻腔及鼻竇非霍奇金淋巴瘤(nonHodgkin′s lymphoma;NHL)是結(jié)外淋巴瘤的一種,臨床上少見,原發(fā)于上頜竇者更為罕見,本科診治1例單純表現(xiàn)為面部腫脹的上頜竇NHL病例,報道如下。1病例資料患者,男,59歲。2012年11月中旬因鼻背旁左側(cè)面部腫脹半個月到本科就診。局部無疼痛,無鼻塞流涕或涕血,無頭痛或視物改變等眼部癥狀,無發(fā)熱。體檢示鼻背左側(cè)、眶下位置丘狀隆起,包塊約3cm×2cm,質(zhì)地較硬,活動度差,無壓痛。鼻內(nèi)鏡檢查雙鼻腔及鼻咽部未見新生物。鼻竇增強CT示(圖1~2):左側(cè)上頜竇、頜面部及眼眶內(nèi)
[Abstract]:Primary non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma of nasal cavity and paranasal Sinus (nonHodgkin's lymphoma; NHL) is a kind of extranodal lymphoma, which is rare in clinic, especially in maxillary sinus. One case of maxillary sinus NHL with simple facial swelling was diagnosed and treated by undergraduate course. 1 case data, male. 59 years old. In mid-November 2012, he went to college for half a month because of swelling of the left face beside the back of the nose. No local pain, no runny nose or runny blood, no headache or visual changes, no fever. The physical examination showed that the left side of the nasal back, suborbital thalamic eminence, the mass was about 3cm 脳 2cm, the texture was hard, the mobility was poor, and there was no tenderness.
