【摘要】：目的探討小切口非超聲乳化術(shù)與超聲乳化術(shù)治療年齡相關(guān)性白內(nèi)障的臨床效果及其對(duì)生活質(zhì)量的影響。方法選取2012年2月至2013年3月我院收治的年齡相關(guān)性白內(nèi)障患者62例(62眼),依據(jù)手術(shù)方式不同分為非超聲乳化組(28例)和超聲乳化組(34例)。比較分析兩組患者術(shù)后2周視力、手術(shù)前后角膜內(nèi)皮變化以及術(shù)后2周生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分情況。結(jié)果與超聲乳化組相比,非超聲乳化組患者術(shù)后2周視力≤0.1的比率(7.14%)明顯降低,視力≥0.5的比率(75.00%)明顯提高,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。與術(shù)前相比,兩組患者術(shù)后角膜內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞數(shù)、細(xì)胞密度及六角形細(xì)胞比例均明顯下降,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均為P0.05);與超聲乳化組相比,非超聲乳化組患者術(shù)后角膜內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞數(shù)、細(xì)胞密度及六角形細(xì)胞比例均較高,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均為P0.05)。與超聲乳化組相比,非超聲乳化組患者術(shù)后2周生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分均較高,但差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均為P0.05)。結(jié)論小切口非超聲乳化術(shù)更適于基層醫(yī)院在年齡相關(guān)性白內(nèi)障患者的治療中廣泛推廣應(yīng)用。
