【摘要】：目的:總結(jié)成人不同致聾病因人工耳蝸植入術(shù)前后注意事項,探討各種病因?qū)πg(shù)后聽力、言語能力康復(fù)的影響。方法:接受人工耳蝸植入手術(shù),并開機、復(fù)診的患者30例,共涉及12種致聾病因,使用《Nijmegen人工耳蝸植入量表》,在每例患者佩戴人工耳蝸1年時進行問卷隨訪,并測試其助聽聽閾。按病因順序,匯總每例患者量表中6個側(cè)面問題的平均分,聲場測試各頻率聽閾及平均聽閾。結(jié)果:所有患者的平均助聽聽閾均好于35dBHL;28例患者在基本聲音感知、高級聲音感知及自信心方面平均得分≥75分;26例活動能力平均得分≥75分;22例在社交能力和言語能力方面平均得分≥75分。結(jié)論:符合植入手術(shù)指征的不同致聾病因成人患者,植入后聽覺感知能力都得到大幅提高,手術(shù)前后需要對原發(fā)病因加以控制;各類致聾原因?qū)颊哐哉Z能力康復(fù)的影響,取決于耳聾發(fā)生時語言中樞的發(fā)育狀況;各類病因成人患者使用人工耳蝸后能夠增強自信心和社會認同感,后天致聾患者表現(xiàn)尤為顯著。
[Abstract]:Aim: to summarize the points for attention before and after cochlear implantation in adults with different causes of deafness, and to explore the effects of various causes on the rehabilitation of hearing and speech ability after operation. Methods: thirty patients who underwent cochlear implant operation and turned on and re-diagnosed involved 12 causes of deafness. The Nijmegen cochlear implant scale was used to follow up each patient at one year after the cochlear implant was worn. At the same time, the threshold of hearing-assisted hearing was tested. According to the etiological order, the average scores of 6 side problems in each patient scale were collected, and the hearing thresholds of each frequency and average hearing threshold were measured by acoustic field test.
