【摘要】：目的探討舌下變應(yīng)原特異性免疫療法(SLIT)治療支氣管哮喘伴變應(yīng)性鼻炎的療效及安全性。方法選取5~14歲的哮喘伴變應(yīng)性鼻炎患兒120例,隨機(jī)分成SLIT治療組(舌下含服粉塵螨滴劑)和常規(guī)治療組,每組60例。記錄兩組患兒治療前后哮喘控制問卷(ACQ)評(píng)分、鼻炎癥狀評(píng)分、月均用藥情況和不良反應(yīng),檢測血清粉塵螨特異性IgE(SIgE)值。結(jié)果治療1年后,SLIT治療組和常規(guī)治療組的ACQ評(píng)分、鼻炎癥狀評(píng)分、治療哮喘月均用藥評(píng)分及血清粉塵螨SIgE值均有所下降,且SLIT治療組下降程度明顯高于常規(guī)治療組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。SLIT治療組與用藥相關(guān)的皮疹、鼻咽癢和哮喘發(fā)作不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為13.3%,未出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論 SLIT治療兒童哮喘伴變應(yīng)性鼻炎安全有效,比常規(guī)治療效果更佳。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the efficacy and safety of sublingual allergen specific immunotherapy (SLIT) in the treatment of bronchial asthma with allergic rhinitis. Methods one hundred and twenty children with asthma with allergic rhinitis aged 5-14 years were randomly divided into two groups: SLIT treatment group (sublingual administration of dust mite drops) and routine treatment group (60 cases in each group). The asthma control questionnaire (ACQ) score, rhinitis symptom score, monthly drug use and adverse reaction were recorded before and after treatment in the two groups. The serum specific IgE (SIgE) value of Dermatophagoides farinae was detected. Results after 1 year's treatment, the ACQ score, rhinitis symptom score, monthly drug score and serum SIgE value in SLIT group and routine treatment group were all decreased, and the degree of decrease in SLIT treatment group was significantly higher than that in routine treatment group, and the degree of decrease in SLIT treatment group was significantly higher than that in routine treatment group. Slitt treatment group with drug-related rash, nasopharynx itching and asthma attack adverse reaction rate was 13.3%, no serious adverse reaction. Conclusion SLIT is safe and effective in the treatment of asthma with allergic rhinitis in children, and it is more effective than routine therapy.
