【摘要】：目的:探討耳蝸骨化患者手術(shù)的技巧及術(shù)后效果。方法:回顧我科1997-2011年期間共29例耳蝸骨化的患者行人工耳蝸植入術(shù)。術(shù)前影像學(xué)及植入前骨化狀況及電生理評估患者耳蝸功能。術(shù)后對患者進(jìn)行言語評估及聽覺行為分級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和言語可懂度分級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評估術(shù)后效果。結(jié)果:在29例耳蝸骨化患者中骨化程度為Ⅱ級的患者19例,骨化程度為Ⅰ級的患者4例,骨化程度Ⅲ級的患者4例。其中耳蝸骨化Ⅰ、Ⅱ級的患者中17例電極完全植入耳蝸,其余6例為部分植入電極。耳蝸骨化Ⅲ級的患者全部為部分植入。耳蝸植入術(shù)后大部分患者取得了較好的聽力及語言的能力。結(jié)論:耳蝸骨化患者在完善術(shù)前評估的基礎(chǔ)上可以完成人工耳蝸植入術(shù)并且部分患者可以取得較好的術(shù)后效果。術(shù)中電刺激聽覺誘發(fā)電位的檢測為評估殘存螺旋神經(jīng)的功能提供了一個很好的方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: To study the surgical technique and postoperative effect of the patients with ossification of the cochlea. Methods:29 patients with ossification of the cochlea in the period 1997-2011 were reviewed for cochlear implant. Pre-operative imaging and pre-implantation ossification and electrophysiology to assess the function of the cochlea.
