【摘要】：正視神經(jīng)損傷是許多眼部疾病導(dǎo)致視功能損害的共同作用環(huán)節(jié),其病理改變均為RGCs的不可逆丟失,嚴(yán)重時(shí)造成患者視神經(jīng)萎縮和視功能喪失。視神經(jīng)損傷后其軸突膜的完整性遭到破壞、軸漿運(yùn)輸阻滯導(dǎo)致營養(yǎng)因子缺乏,多方面因素使神經(jīng)元生存的微環(huán)境發(fā)生改變,引起RGCs的繼發(fā)性變性
[Abstract]:The optic nerve injury is a common function of many ocular diseases, and its pathological changes are irreversible loss of RGCs, which results in optic atrophy and loss of visual function in patients with severe ocular diseases. After optic nerve injury, the integrity of axonal membrane was destroyed, axoplasmic transport block resulted in lack of nutrient factors, and many factors changed the microenvironment of neuron survival, which resulted in secondary degeneration of RGCs.
