低相對(duì)分子量殼聚糖修飾的醋甲唑胺固體脂質(zhì)納米粒對(duì)治療青光眼的體內(nèi)外效果

【摘要】:正通過(guò)改良的化學(xué)氧化降解法得到低相對(duì)分子量殼聚糖(CS)。采用改良的乳化-溶劑揮發(fā)法制備采用及未用上述CS修飾的醋甲唑胺固體脂質(zhì)納米粒(CS-SLN-MTZ和SLN-MTZ),結(jié)果兩種制品的平均粒徑為(252.8±4.0)和(199.4±2.8)nm,ζ電位為(+31.3±1.7)和(-21.3±1.9)mV。物理穩(wěn)定性研究表明,CS-SLN-MTZ在4℃下能維持穩(wěn)定4個(gè)月以上,而SLN-MTZ則不超過(guò)2個(gè)月。體外研究表明,相對(duì)于SLN-MTZ,CS-SLN-
