【摘要】：目的跟蹤某航校飛行學(xué)員人群連續(xù)兩年的高頻聽力變化,根據(jù)結(jié)果判斷其變化趨勢并進(jìn)行基因組學(xué)篩查,探討mtDNA4977缺失與噪聲性聽力損失關(guān)系。方法隨機(jī)抽取某航校2009級(jí)140名飛行學(xué)員進(jìn)行聽力學(xué)檢測,連續(xù)跟蹤調(diào)研兩年,著重觀察個(gè)體兩年間左右耳高頻頻段4000、6000、8000Hz之間的聽閾值及高頻聽力累加值的變化情況,針對(duì)篩查出的聽力下降學(xué)員進(jìn)行mtDNA4977片段缺失情況診斷,應(yīng)用SPSS19.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行同一人群配對(duì)樣本T檢驗(yàn)以驗(yàn)證是否具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,以X2檢驗(yàn)進(jìn)行組間基因缺失頻率的比較。結(jié)果在調(diào)查的飛行學(xué)員人群中,兩年間右耳4000Hz頻段有明顯變化(p0.05),其他各高頻頻段及高頻聽力累加值無明顯統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(p0.05)。兩組mtD-NA4977缺失率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論在高年級(jí)飛行學(xué)員人群中存在噪聲性聽力損失,攜帶mtDNA4977缺失基因型的個(gè)體對(duì)噪聲性聽力損失易感。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between mtDNA4977 deficiency and noise-induced hearing loss by tracking the changes of high-frequency hearing in the flight cadets of a certain aviation school for two consecutive years, judging the trend of the changes and conducting genomics screening. Methods one hundred and forty flight cadets from a certain aviation school were randomly selected for audiological examination and followed up for two consecutive years. The changes of hearing threshold and cumulative value of high frequency hearing between 4 000 and 6 000 Hz were observed in two years. In order to diagnose the mtDNA4977 fragment deletion of hearing impaired students, the T test of paired samples of the same population was carried out by SPSS19.0 statistical software to verify whether there was statistical significance, and the frequency of gene deletion between groups was compared by X2 test. Results there were significant changes in the 4000Hz frequency of the right ear during the two years (p0. 05), but there was no significant difference between the other high frequency bands and the cumulative value of high frequency hearing (p0. 05). There was significant difference in mtD-NA4977 deletion rate between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion there is noise-induced hearing loss in senior flight cadets, and individuals with mtDNA4977 deletion genotype are susceptible to noise-induced hearing loss.
