【摘要】：正近年來(lái)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),先天性免疫在呼吸道炎性疾病如哮喘及慢性鼻竇炎(chronic rhinosinusitis,CRS)的發(fā)病機(jī)制中占有舉足輕重的作用,而先天性免疫對(duì)于黏膜表面的感染的第一道防線作用,是通過(guò)多種免疫效應(yīng)分子,如toll樣受體、表面蛋白、以及抗菌肽等早期識(shí)別微生物抗原、進(jìn)行初始的抗菌活動(dòng)以及激活特異性免疫實(shí)現(xiàn)的〔1-5〕。LL-37是迄今在人體中發(fā)現(xiàn)的抗菌肽cathelicidin家族中的唯一成員,在宿主防御反應(yīng)中起著重要作用。本文就LL-37研究現(xiàn)狀及其在慢性鼻及鼻竇炎中的作用做一綜述。
[Abstract]:In recent years, it has been found that congenital immunity plays an important role in the pathogenesis of respiratory inflammatory diseases such as asthma and chronic sinusitis (chronic rhinosinusitis,CRS). Is the early recognition of microbial antigens by a variety of immunoreactive molecules, such as toll like receptors, surface proteins, and antimicrobial peptides. LL-37 is the only member of the cathelicidin family of antimicrobial peptides found so far and plays an important role in host defense response. This article reviews the current status of LL-37 research and its role in chronic rhinosinusitis.
