【摘要】：目的探討年齡相關(guān)性白內(nèi)障患者角膜Q值的分布情況和影響Q值的相關(guān)因素。方法回顧性研究2012年1月至2013年7月在我院眼科住院的年齡相關(guān)性白內(nèi)障患者468例(589眼),其中男221例(275眼)、女247例(314眼);年齡40~92歲。按年齡將患者分為四組(A組≤59歲、B組59~≤69歲、C組69~≤79歲、D組79歲)。iTrace視覺(jué)功能分析儀檢查角膜Q值、角膜曲率及角膜曲率半徑。結(jié)果 468例(589眼)年齡相關(guān)性白內(nèi)障患者角膜Q值為-0.08±0.01,男性和女性角膜Q值(-0.06±0.31、-0.11±0.24)差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.149),角膜Q值與年齡呈正相關(guān)(r=0.026,P=0.000)、與角膜曲率(43.82±0.07)D呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.032,P=0.000)、與角膜曲率半徑(7.63±0.01)mm呈微弱正相關(guān)(r=0.008,P=0.031)。A組與B組角膜Q值差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.756),A組與C、D組差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.005、0.007),B組與C、D組差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.010、0.017),C組與D組差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.078)。結(jié)論角膜前表面的Q值有很大的個(gè)體化差異,與年齡、角膜曲率、角膜曲率半徑等均具有相關(guān)性。
