【摘要】：目的觀察Epi-LASIK治療白內(nèi)障摘出聯(lián)合人工晶狀體(intraocular lens,IOL)植入術(shù)后屈光不正的臨床療效。方法選取白內(nèi)障摘出聯(lián)合IOL植入術(shù)后的屈光不正患者42例51眼實(shí)施Epi-LASIK,所有患者術(shù)前均接受詳細(xì)的術(shù)前檢查,術(shù)后隨訪6個(gè)月,觀察患者恢復(fù)情況。結(jié)果術(shù)后6個(gè)月時(shí),裸眼視力1.0者38眼(74.51%),≥0.8~1.0者9眼(17.65%),48眼(94.12%)達(dá)到術(shù)前最佳矯正視力。球鏡度數(shù)(-0.39±0.47)D,其中±1.00 D以內(nèi)者48眼(94.12%),±0.50 D以內(nèi)者37眼(72.55%);柱鏡度數(shù)(0.24±0.52)D,其中柱鏡度數(shù)±1.00 D以內(nèi)者為45眼(88.24%),±0.50 D以內(nèi)者34眼(66.67%)。隨訪期內(nèi)4眼(7.84%)出現(xiàn)0.5級(jí)haze,2眼(3.92%)1級(jí)haze,經(jīng)治療角膜均恢復(fù)透明;所有患者隨訪期內(nèi)未見(jiàn)嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥發(fā)生。結(jié)論 Epi-LASIK治療白內(nèi)障摘出聯(lián)合IOL植入術(shù)后屈光不正具有良好的安全性、有效性和可預(yù)測(cè)性。
