【摘要】：目的:檢測(cè)乙酰肝素酶(HPA)、蛋白激酶CK2β(CK2β)、缺氧誘導(dǎo)因子-1α(HIF-1α)在鼻咽癌(NPC)組織中的表達(dá)及其與臨床特征之間的關(guān)系;并分析三者在NPC組織中表達(dá)的相關(guān)性。方法:采用免疫組織化學(xué)染色技術(shù)Super-Vision法檢測(cè)49例NPC組織標(biāo)本及15例慢性鼻咽炎(CNT)組織標(biāo)本中HPA、CK2β及HIF-1α的表達(dá)水平。結(jié)果:HPA、CK2β與HIF-1α在NPC組織中的表達(dá)水平均高于CNT組織中的表達(dá),差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);HPA、CK2β與HIF-1α的表達(dá)與NPC臨床分期、治療后有無復(fù)發(fā)或轉(zhuǎn)移相關(guān)(P0.05),與患者的性別無關(guān)(P0.05);HIF-1α的表達(dá)水平與NPC患者的年齡密切相關(guān)(P0.01),而HPA、CK2β的表達(dá)水平則與NPC患者的年齡無關(guān)(P0.05);HPA、CK2β與HIF-1α任意兩者間在NPC組織中的表達(dá)均呈正相關(guān)性(P0.05)。結(jié)論:HPA、CK2β和HIF-1α參與了NPC的發(fā)生和發(fā)展、浸潤及轉(zhuǎn)移;在NPC的發(fā)生發(fā)展過程中,HPA、CK2β和HIF-1α之間可能存在協(xié)同作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression of heparanase (HPA), protein kinase CK2 尾 (CK2 尾) and hypoxia inducible factor-1 偽 (HIF-1 偽) in (NPC) of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). The correlation between the expression of the three proteins in NPC tissues was analyzed. Methods: the expression of HPA,CK2 尾 and HIF-1 偽 in 49 cases of NPC and 15 cases of (CNT) in chronic nasopharyngitis were detected by immunohistochemical staining Super-Vision method. Results: the expression levels of HPA,CK2 尾 and HIF-1 偽 in NPC were significantly higher than those in CNT (P0.05). The expression of HPA,CK2 尾 and HIF-1 偽 was related to the clinical stage of NPC and the recurrence or metastasis after treatment (P0.05), but not to the sex of the patients (P0.05). The expression level of HIF-1 偽 was closely related to the age of NPC patients (P0.01), while the expression level of HPA,CK2 尾 was not related to the age of NPC patients (P0.05). There was a positive correlation between the expression of HPA,CK2 尾 and HIF-1 偽 in NPC tissues (P0.05). Conclusion: HPA,CK2 尾 and HIF-1 偽 are involved in the occurrence, development, infiltration and metastasis of NPC, and there may be a synergistic effect between HPA,CK2 尾 and HIF-1 偽 during the development of NPC.
