【摘要】：目的檢測(cè)老年眼瞼基底細(xì)胞癌患者癌組織空泡膜蛋白(VMP)1、磷酸酶及張力蛋白同源蛋白(PTEN)和抗轉(zhuǎn)移蛋白(NM)23的表達(dá)及相關(guān)性。方法 97例老年基底細(xì)胞癌患者術(shù)后存檔的蠟塊組織及臨床資料為觀察組,上述腫瘤組織周邊切緣為正常鱗狀上皮組織患者60例為對(duì)照組,采用免疫組織化學(xué)染色方法檢測(cè)VMP1、PTEN和NM23表達(dá)。結(jié)果觀察組VMP1、PTEN和NM23表達(dá)陽性率明顯低于對(duì)照組,觀察組VMP1、PTEN和NM23表達(dá)陽性率與腫瘤最大徑、是否侵犯皮膚外結(jié)構(gòu)、轉(zhuǎn)移及Ki67表達(dá)密切相關(guān)。觀察組VMP1、PTEN和NM23表達(dá)具有正相關(guān)性。結(jié)論老年眼瞼基底細(xì)胞癌患者癌組織中VMP1、PTEN和NM23蛋白表達(dá)均下調(diào),三者具有協(xié)同正向作用,共同促進(jìn)腫瘤的發(fā)生和進(jìn)展。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the expression of vacuolar membrane protein (VMP) _ 1), phosphatase and tension protein homologue (PTEN) and anti-metastasis protein (NM) _ 23) in carcinoma of eyelid basal cell carcinoma (BCC) in elderly patients. Methods the paraffin tissue and clinical data of 97 elderly patients with basal cell carcinoma were observed as observation group and 60 patients with normal squamous epithelium as control group. Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect VMP1,. PTEN and NM23 expression. Results the positive rate of VMP1,PTEN and NM23 expression in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The positive rate of VMP1,PTEN and NM23 expression in the observation group was closely related to the maximum diameter of the tumor, invasion of the outer structure of the skin, metastasis and Ki67 expression. There was a positive correlation between the expression of VMP1,PTEN and NM23 in the observation group. Conclusion the expression of VMP1,PTEN and NM23 protein are down-regulated in patients with basal cell carcinoma of eyelid. These three proteins have synergistic positive effect and promote the occurrence and progression of the tumor.
