【摘要】：目的研究學(xué)齡期兒童的黃斑色素密度,并探討其與屈光度及眼軸長度的相關(guān)性。方法學(xué)齡期兒童95例(190眼)。睫狀肌麻痹驗(yàn)光測(cè)得其屈光度,采用異色閃爍光度測(cè)量法測(cè)量黃斑色素密度,使用IOLMaster儀器測(cè)量眼軸長度。結(jié)果所有受試者190只眼的黃斑色素密度均值為0.650±0.104,女性的黃斑色素密度較男性高(P0.05)。Pearson相關(guān)分析示,屈光度與眼軸長度呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05),黃斑色素密度與屈光度、眼軸長度無相關(guān)性(P0.05)。結(jié)論學(xué)齡期兒童黃斑色素密度均值為0.650±0.104。這為學(xué)齡期兒童黃斑色素密度提供了一個(gè)參考值。本研究未發(fā)現(xiàn)黃斑色素密度與屈光度和眼軸長度的相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the macular pigment density in school-age children and its correlation with diopter and axial length. There were 95 cases (190 eyes) of children with methodological age. The diopter was measured by optometry of ciliary palsy, the macular pigment density was measured by the method of discoloration scintillation, and the length of eye axis was measured by IOLMaster instrument. Results the mean macular pigment density in all eyes was 0.650 鹵0.104, and the macular pigment density in female was higher than that in male (P0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between diopter and axial length (P0.05). There was no correlation between macular pigment density and diopter and axial length (P0.05). Conclusion the mean macular pigment density in school-age children is 0.650 鹵0.104. This provides a reference value for macular pigment density in school-age children. There was no correlation between macular pigment density and diopter and axial length.
