【摘要】：正鼻息肉(nasal polyps)是鼻腔、鼻竇黏膜由于水腫而突出的炎性組織,其發(fā)病率占中國總?cè)丝诘?%~4%。持續(xù)性鼻塞是鼻息肉的主要臨床特征,其明顯的復(fù)發(fā)傾向及其與多種呼吸道炎性反應(yīng)疾病的密切關(guān)系使其成為嚴(yán)重影響患者生活質(zhì)量和身體健康的重要疾病。目前多主張應(yīng)用糖皮質(zhì)激素結(jié)合鼻內(nèi)鏡手術(shù)行綜合治療,極大地降低了復(fù)發(fā)率。但是到目前為止,對(duì)鼻息肉的病因和發(fā)病機(jī)制尚未完全了解,這在一定程度上限制了
[Abstract]:Nasal polyp (nasal polyps) is a prominent inflammatory tissue of nasal cavity and nasal sinus mucosa due to edema, and its incidence rate accounts for 1% of the total population of China. Persistent nasal congestion is the main clinical feature of nasal polyps. Its obvious relapse tendency and its close relationship with various respiratory inflammatory diseases make it an important disease which seriously affects the quality of life and health of patients. At present, the application of glucocorticoid combined with endoscopic sinus surgery for comprehensive treatment has greatly reduced the recurrence rate. However, up to now, the etiology and pathogenesis of nasal polyps have not been fully understood, which to some extent limits the cause of nasal polyps.
