【摘要】：腎上腺素受體(AR)廣泛存在于內(nèi)眼組織,被認(rèn)為與房水的生成及眼壓晝夜節(jié)律的形成有關(guān)。AR存在基因多態(tài)性,與青光眼患者眼壓相關(guān)的AR基因多態(tài)性位點(diǎn)有α2B-AR的Del 301-303(I/D),α2C-AR的Del 322-325(I/D),β1-AR的S49G(A/G)、R389G(C/G),β2-AR的R16G(A/G)、Q27E(C/G),且其亦與臨床多種疾病有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Adrenergic receptor (AR) is widely present in the inner eye tissue and is thought to be related to the formation of aqueous humor and the circadian rhythm of intraocular pressure. There is a gene polymorphism in AR. The polymorphic loci of AR gene associated with IOP in glaucoma patients were Del 301-303 (I / D) of 偽 2B-AR, Del 322-325 (I / D) of 偽 2C-AR, S49G (A / G) of 尾 1-AR, R389G (C / G), R16G (A / G) of 尾 2-AR. Q 27 E (C / G), and it is also associated with a variety of clinical diseases.
