【摘要】：目的探討EBV Zta/IgG等抗體陽(yáng)性鼻咽癌患者在1992分期和2008分期不同臨床分期中分布的區(qū)別,為NPC分期系統(tǒng)的進(jìn)一步研究提供參考。方法收集140例未經(jīng)治療的NPC患者的血清,用ELISA法檢測(cè)Zta/IgG等抗體。分別統(tǒng)計(jì)分析1992分期和2008分期不同分期中EBV相關(guān)抗體陽(yáng)性的NPC患者的例數(shù),并比較不同分期中NPC患者的例數(shù)分布情況。結(jié)果 1992分期與2008分期中不同分期間Zta/IgG等抗體陽(yáng)性例數(shù)的分布比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論在1992分期中為臨床Ⅲ期的陽(yáng)性患者,如果按2008分期進(jìn)行臨床分期分類會(huì)更加趨向于被判定為Ⅳ期�；蛟S從血清學(xué)方面在一定程度上反映了2008分期比1992分期更趨于合理性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the distribution of EBV Zta/IgG antibody positive nasopharyngeal carcinoma in different clinical stages of 1992 and 2008 stages, and to provide reference for further study of NPC staging system. Methods the serum samples of 140 untreated NPC patients were collected and Zta/IgG antibodies were detected by ELISA method. The numbers of NPC patients with positive EBV related antibodies in different stages of 1992 and 2008 were statistically analyzed and the distribution of NPC patients in different stages were compared.
