【摘要】：正患兒,男,以"發(fā)現(xiàn)口腔內(nèi)新生物4h"為主訴就診。該患兒為38周足月剖宮產(chǎn),羊水、胎盤、臍帶正常,于當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院出生后清理口腔時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)一新生物,因未及時(shí)牽引出,新生物脫落向下,具體部位不詳,患兒呼吸音粗,無明顯呼吸困難、憋氣癥狀,無喉喘鳴。查體:體溫36.4℃,脈搏128次/min,呼吸26次/min,體重3 000g,前囟平坦,無口唇發(fā)紺,無鼻翼扇動(dòng),三凹征陰性。頸軟無抵抗,胸廓對(duì)稱,雙肺聽診呼吸音粗,未聞及干濕Up音,無痰鳴
