單側(cè)感音神經(jīng)性耳聾患者低頻振幅功能磁共振研究

【摘要】:目的應(yīng)用低頻振幅分析方法來觀察長期右側(cè)感音神經(jīng)性耳聾患者靜息態(tài)腦功能磁共振的改變。方法采集19例中重度右側(cè)感音神經(jīng)性耳聾患者以及20名正常聽力志愿者的靜息態(tài)磁共振血氧水平依賴(blood oxygenationlevel dependent,BOLD)數(shù)據(jù)采集,對BOLD數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行后處理以獲得低頻振幅波動(amplitude of low-frequency fluctua-tion,ALFF)圖像,并比較兩組間ALFF信號的差異性。結(jié)果右側(cè)耳聾組較正常聽力對照組ALFF增加且差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05,AlphaSim校正)的腦區(qū)包括在雙側(cè)顳上中回(雙側(cè)顳橫回與雙側(cè)顳極)、雙側(cè)島葉、雙側(cè)鉤回、右海馬旁回以及小腦前葉。右側(cè)耳聾組較正常聽力對照組ALFF減低且差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05,AlphaSim校正)的腦區(qū)包括右側(cè)顳中回后部。結(jié)論右側(cè)感音神經(jīng)性耳聾患者相關(guān)腦區(qū)的腦功能活動水平與正常聽力人群的不同提示了耳聾后腦代償性功能改變的存在。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the changes of resting brain functional magnetic resonance (Mr) in patients with long term right sensorineural deafness by low frequency amplitude analysis. Methods data were collected from 19 moderate and severe right sensorineural hearing loss patients and 20 normal hearing volunteers. The low frequency amplitude fluctuation (amplitude of low-frequency fluctua-tion,ALFF) images were obtained by post-processing of BOLD data, and the differences of ALFF signals between the two groups were compared. Results the ALFF of the right deafness group was significantly higher than that of the normal hearing control group (P 0.05 AlphaSim correction), including bilateral superior middle temporal gyrus (bilateral transverse temporal gyrus and bilateral temporal pole), bilateral insular lobe and bilateral hook gyrus. Right parahippocampal gyrus and anterior cerebellar lobe. The ALFF of the right deafness group was significantly lower than that of the normal hearing control group (P 0.05 AlphaSim correction) including the posterior part of the right middle temporal gyrus. Conclusion the difference of brain function activity between right sensorineural hearing loss patients and normal hearing population suggests the existence of compensatory changes in brain function after deafness.
