難治性弱視眼視網(wǎng)膜厚度分析

【摘要】:目的利用光學(xué)相干斷層掃描技術(shù)(OCT)檢測難治性弱視眼的視網(wǎng)膜厚度,探討難治性弱視是否存在視網(wǎng)膜形態(tài)學(xué)改變,為其發(fā)病機(jī)制的研究提供一定的理論依據(jù)。 方法從青島大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬醫(yī)院眼科2010年5月-2011年4月門診就診的弱視患兒中選擇難治性弱視眼27例30眼作為實(shí)驗(yàn)組,另選非難治性弱視眼22例30眼、屈光度±1.00D的同齡正常兒19例30眼作為對(duì)照組。用光學(xué)相干斷層掃描儀(Opti cal Coherence Tomography OCT)對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組患兒的黃斑區(qū)進(jìn)行快速掃描,測量黃斑中心凹、中心區(qū)(1mm直徑范圍)及旁中心區(qū)(直徑為3mm環(huán)形區(qū)域內(nèi))上方、下方、鼻側(cè)、顳側(cè)的平均視網(wǎng)膜厚度,比較不同區(qū)域視網(wǎng)膜厚度的差別。 結(jié)果難治性弱視眼、非難治性弱視眼、正常對(duì)照眼黃斑中心凹厚度分別為198.83±32.33μm、189.57±29.59μm和178.10±29.29μm,三組比較差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P值分別為0.03、0.004、0.001,(P0.05)。難治性弱視眼、非難治性弱視眼、正常對(duì)照眼黃斑中心區(qū)平均厚度分別為225.47±19.85μm、219.93±18.55μm和213.47±28.33μm,三組比較,P值分別為P=0.03、0.045、0.001,差異也均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。而黃斑旁中心區(qū)上方、下方、鼻側(cè)及顳側(cè)視網(wǎng)膜厚度,難治性弱視眼分別為298.70±27.71μm、298.63±26.36μm、298.00±31.5μm、292.27±30.04μm,非難治性弱視眼分別為300.10±25.46μm、297.33±31.04μm、298.33±34.23μm、286.57±24.87μm,正常對(duì)照眼分別為297.07±23.28μm、294.57±39.27μm、299.07±24.48μm、294.57±39.27μm,四象限區(qū)域視網(wǎng)膜厚度在三組之間,差異均無明顯統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。 結(jié)論難治性弱視眼黃斑中心凹、中心區(qū)視網(wǎng)膜厚度增加,黃斑旁中心區(qū)上方、下方、鼻側(cè)及顳側(cè)視網(wǎng)膜厚度無明顯改變。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the retinal thickness of refractory amblyopia by optical coherence tomography (OCT), and to investigate whether there are retinal morphological changes in refractory amblyopia, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the study of the pathogenesis of refractory amblyopia. Methods from May 2010 to April 2011, 27 cases (30 eyes) of refractory amblyopia and 22 cases (30 eyes) of non-refractory amblyopia were selected as experimental group. The diopter 鹵1.00D of 19 normal infants of the same age was 30 eyes as the control group. The macular area of the experimental group and the control group was scanned by optical coherence tomography (Opti cal Coherence Tomography OCT). The macular fovea, the central area (1mm diameter range) and the paracentral area (diameter of 3mm ring area) were measured. The mean retinal thickness of nasal side and temporal side was compared between different regions. Results the thickness of fovea of macula in refractory amblyopia, non-refractory amblyopia and normal control eyes was 198.83 鹵32.33 渭 m, 189.57 鹵29.59 渭 m and 178.10 鹵29.29 渭 m, respectively. The difference among the three groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
