【摘要】：目的:探討鼻腔鼻竇良性骨源性病變的特點(diǎn)以及通過鼻內(nèi)鏡采取不同手術(shù)徑路切除病變的適應(yīng)證。方法:經(jīng)鼻內(nèi)鏡手術(shù)治療鼻腔鼻竇良性骨源性病變患者14例,其中9例單純行鼻內(nèi)鏡下鼻腔手術(shù),2例采用鼻內(nèi)鏡輔助下眉弓入路手術(shù),1例采用鼻內(nèi)鏡下柯陸手術(shù),1例在鼻內(nèi)鏡下行淚前窩入路手術(shù),1例在鼻內(nèi)鏡下行DrafⅡ型手術(shù)。結(jié)果:2例復(fù)發(fā),2例病變殘余,4例有不同程度的術(shù)后并發(fā)癥,包括麻木、瘢痕等,余6例無復(fù)發(fā)及并發(fā)癥。結(jié)論:鼻內(nèi)鏡下采用不同手術(shù)徑路切除鼻腔鼻竇良性骨源性病變有其獨(dú)特的優(yōu)越性,但是其確切的適應(yīng)證、手術(shù)的復(fù)發(fā)率和并發(fā)癥仍需進(jìn)一步觀察和統(tǒng)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the characteristics of benign osseous lesions of nasal cavity and paranasal sinus and the indications of different surgical approaches.
