【摘要】：正1臨床資料患者男,22歲,無職業(yè),未婚。左側頭面部紅斑水皰伴疼痛5d�；颊哂�5d前無明顯誘因左側頭面部疼痛,左眼疼痛不適,隨之左側頭面部出現(xiàn)紅斑水皰,并就診于天津市眼科醫(yī)院,考慮為角膜炎,因帶狀皰疹引起,予對癥眼藥治療,遂就診于本院門診,患者既往體鍵,診斷為帶狀皰疹,予抗病毒對癥治療,病情控制欠佳,且出現(xiàn)惡心嘔吐,發(fā)熱,最高達T 38.5℃L,予地塞米松5mg肌注治療一次,皮疹面積仍逐漸增多,疼痛明顯,為求
