【摘要】：目的:探討突聾伴良性陣發(fā)性位置性眩暈(BPPV)患者的預(yù)后。方法:252例突聾患者中96例伴眩暈,加行眼震電圖檢查。將全部患者分為3組:突聾不伴眩暈組156例,突聾伴非BPPV眩暈組70例,突聾伴BPPV組26例。全部患者經(jīng)靜脈滴注尿激酶20萬U、10萬U各3d,同時靜脈滴注銀杏葉制劑及維生素B6,肌肉注射維生素B1、B12,治療療程2周。眼震電圖行變位試驗確診為BPPV的26例患者進行手法復(fù)位治療。結(jié)果:突聾伴BPPV組眩暈癥狀均治愈;在治療后聽力改善顯效率上,突聾不伴眩暈組與突聾伴BPPV組無明顯差異,但突聾伴非BPPV眩暈組明顯低于其他2組。結(jié)論:突聾伴BPPV患者在聽力及眩暈兩個癥狀方面的預(yù)后相對良好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the prognosis of sudden deafness with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV). Methods among 252 cases of sudden deafness, 96 cases were accompanied with vertigo. All the patients were divided into 3 groups: 156 cases of sudden deafness without vertigo, 70 cases of sudden deafness with non BPPV vertigo and 26 cases of sudden deafness with BPPV. All patients were treated with intravenous infusion of urokinase 200000 U, 100000 U for 3 days, intravenous infusion of ginkgo biloba and vitamin B6, intramuscular injection of vitamin B1 and B12 for 2 weeks. Twenty-six patients with BPPV diagnosed by ENG were treated with manual reduction. Results: the vertigo symptoms of sudden deafness and BPPV group were all cured, and there was no significant difference between sudden deafness without vertigo group and sudden deafness with BPPV group, but the rate of sudden deafness with non-BPPV vertigo group was significantly lower than that of other two groups. Conclusion: the prognosis of hearing and vertigo in patients with sudden deafness and BPPV is relatively good.
