光致變色藍(lán)光濾過型人工晶狀體對(duì)人眼色覺的影響
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of two kinds of IOL on human eye color perception after cataract surgery by implantation of photochromic intraocular lens (intraocular lens,IOL) Matrix400 and blue light filtered yellow IOL (SN60AT) respectively. Methods the clinical study was carried out by self-binocular control. From October 2010 to January 2012, 25 patients with binocular age-related cataract and phacoemulsification combined with IOL implantation were collected. Right eye phacoemulsification after phacoemulsification implantation photochromic IOL, and yellow IOL. in left eye The naked visual acuity, the best corrected visual acuity and the retinal thickness of the central macular area were examined 3 months after operation. The monocular color vision function was examined by Farnsworth-Munsell 100 Hue color chess arrangement under three different color vision conditions, and the subjective visual perception was investigated by questionnaire. Results there was no significant difference in visual acuity, best corrected visual acuity and retinal thickness of central macular area 3 months after operation (P0.05). There was no significant difference between the square root of left and right eye errors and the square root of different color chess box errors (P0.05) in the ultraviolet environment and the non-ultraviolet environment (400 Lux). In the middle visual environment (30 Lux), the difference of the square root of Box3 (including blue) error in the left and right eyes was statistically significant (P0. 009), which showed that the implanted Matix400 IOL eyes had lower error score. There was no significant difference in the error square root between the two groups (P0.05). 6 out of 25 patients indicated that they needed to wear sunglasses when they went out on a sunny day. However, there was no significant difference in the degree of left and right eye discomfort caused by sunlight stimulation in 3 cases. The visual field of left eye was slightly yellow in bright indoor environment, but there was no discomfort. Conclusion the photochromic IOL eyes and the blue filtered yellow IOL eyes have the same color discrimination ability in the ultraviolet and no UV environment. The photochromic IOL eyes showed better blue discrimination function in the dark middle environment, and the photochromic IOL eyes implanted in daily life may have less "yellow vision" interference.
