【摘要】：目的探索一種復(fù)發(fā)率低、簡(jiǎn)易可行的翼狀胬肉手術(shù)方式,規(guī)范翼狀胬肉的治療。方法采用回顧性分析的方法統(tǒng)計(jì)中國(guó)期刊網(wǎng)近年翼狀胬肉不同手術(shù)方式的研究結(jié)果,研究對(duì)象分為6組:單純切除組、結(jié)膜移植組、羊膜移植組、羊膜移植+絲裂霉素C(mitomycin C,MMC)浸潤(rùn)組、角膜緣干細(xì)胞(limbal stem cell,LSC)移植組、角膜緣干細(xì)胞移植(LSC)+MMC浸潤(rùn)組,同時(shí)對(duì)臨床常用的3種不同手術(shù)方式進(jìn)行臨床觀察對(duì)比研究。所有數(shù)據(jù)采用SPSS19.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件分析。結(jié)果翼狀胬肉6種手術(shù)方式的復(fù)發(fā)率總體比較差異有顯著統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=133.260,P0.001),其中單純切除術(shù)(20.00%)、結(jié)膜移植術(shù)(46.15%)與其他術(shù)式間復(fù)發(fā)率差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均為P0.05);羊膜移植術(shù)、羊膜移植+MMC術(shù)、角膜緣LSC移植術(shù)兩兩組間比較,差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均為P0.05);角膜緣LSC移植+MMC術(shù)的術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)率最低(0.36%)。結(jié)論角膜緣LSC移植+MMC術(shù)是一種復(fù)發(fā)率低、可進(jìn)行臨床推廣治療翼狀胬肉的有效術(shù)式。
[Abstract]:Objective To explore a simple and feasible method of pterygium surgery with low recurrence rate and standardize the treatment of pterygium.Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out to analyze the results of different methods of pterygium surgery in recent years. The subjects were divided into six groups: simple excision group, conjunctival transplantation group, amniotic membrane transplantation group, amniotic membrane transplantation + mitosis group. All the data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software. Results The recurrence rate of 6 kinds of pterygium surgery was total. There was a significant difference between the two groups (_2 = 133.260, P 0.001). Simple excision (20.00%) and conjunctival transplantation (46.15%) had a significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups (all P 0.05); amniotic membrane transplantation, amniotic membrane transplantation + MMC, limbal LSC transplantation had no significant difference between the two groups (all P 0.05). The recurrence rate of limbal LSC transplantation + MMC was the lowest (0.36%). Conclusion Limbal LSC transplantation + MMC is an effective method for pterygium.
