自發(fā)性中耳炎小鼠的咽鼓管黏膜掃描電鏡觀察

【摘要】:目的:探討中耳炎發(fā)生時(shí)小鼠咽鼓管黏膜的超微結(jié)構(gòu)變化,進(jìn)一步揭示咽鼓管對(duì)中耳功能的影響及其和中耳炎發(fā)病的相關(guān)性。方法:自發(fā)性中耳炎小鼠和同窩對(duì)照小鼠各12只,分成3月齡和6月齡2個(gè)組,對(duì)比觀察2種小鼠的咽鼓管黏膜超微結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)果:野生型小鼠的絕大部分咽鼓管黏膜上皮為柱狀纖毛上皮,纖毛排列整齊,無(wú)斷裂、倒伏和缺失。而同齡的突變型小鼠咽鼓管黏膜上皮纖毛損傷明顯,出現(xiàn)大片的斷裂、倒伏和缺失。且隨著年齡的增長(zhǎng),中耳內(nèi)炎癥進(jìn)行性加重,纖毛的損傷也進(jìn)行性加重,到6個(gè)月時(shí),突變型小鼠的纖毛幾乎損失殆盡。結(jié)論:中耳炎發(fā)生時(shí),不僅有纖毛細(xì)胞的減少和杯狀細(xì)胞的增多,更為重要的是纖毛結(jié)構(gòu)的破壞,這一重要結(jié)構(gòu)的破壞直接導(dǎo)致了黏液纖毛輸送系統(tǒng)的功能障礙,引起中耳炎的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the ultrastructural changes of eustachian tube mucosa in mice with otitis media, and to further reveal the effect of eustachian tube on middle ear function and its correlation with the pathogenesis of otitis media. Results: Most of the eustachian tube mucosa epithelium of wild type mice were columnar cilia epithelium, with no breakage, lodging and deletion. However, the mucosa epithelium of eustachian tube of mutant type mice of the same age was damaged obviously, with large pieces of rupture, lodging and deletion. Conclusion: Otitis media occurs not only with the decrease of cilia and the increase of goblet cells, but also with the destruction of cilia structure. The destruction of this important structure directly leads to the dysfunction of mucociliary transport system. The occurrence of otitis media.
