【摘要】：目的評(píng)估平均血小板容積(mean platelet volume,MPV)與糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變(diabetic retinopathy,DR)嚴(yán)重程度的關(guān)系。方法橫斷面研究。選取所有于2012年1月至2013年12月在我院眼科中心住院的DR患者137例(非增殖期67例,增殖期70例),同時(shí)選取72例無DR糖尿病患者和70例無糖尿病健康人群進(jìn)行對(duì)照。收集人口學(xué)資料及疾病史,抽空腹血行MPV和血小板計(jì)數(shù)等檢查。結(jié)果健康對(duì)照組人群MPV水平[7.2(5.6-9.9)fL]顯著低于糖尿病各組(均為P0.05),且隨DR病變分級(jí)的增加,MPV水平顯著增加,分別為7.8(5.7-10.1)fL、8.3(5.5-11.0)fL和8.9(5.9-12.5)fL,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均為P0.05)。Logistic回歸分析顯示,隨著MPV水平升高,非增殖期(OR:1.382;95%CI:1.280-1.484)和增殖期DR(OR:1.481;95%CI:1.370-1.592)的患病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)顯著增加(均為P0.001)。結(jié)論 MPV水平隨DR嚴(yán)重程度增加而升高;隨著MPV水平升高,非增殖期和增殖期DR患病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)增加。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the relationship between mean platelet volume (mean platelet) and severity of diabetic retinopathy (Dr). Methods Cross-sectional study. From January 2012 to December 2013, 137 Dr patients (67 in non-proliferative phase and 70 in proliferative phase) in ophthalmology center of our hospital were selected, and 72 patients without Dr diabetes mellitus and 70 healthy people without diabetes mellitus were selected as control group. Demographic data and history of disease were collected, and MPV and platelet count were examined by emptying abdominal blood. Results the level of MPV in the healthy control group [7.2 (5.6-9.9) fL] was significantly lower than that in the diabetic group (P0.05), and it was significantly increased with the increase of Dr pathological grade (7.8 (5.7-10.1) fL8.3 (5.5-11.0) fL and 8.9 (5.9-12.5) fL, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05) .Logistic regression analysis showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups. With the increase of MPV level, the risk of non-proliferative stage (OR: 1.382) and proliferative phase Dr (OR 1.48195 CI: 1.370-1.592) increased significantly (all P0.001). Conclusion the level of MPV increases with the severity of Dr, and with the increase of MPV, the risk of Dr in non-proliferative and proliferative stages increases.
