【摘要】：目的觀察分析雙眼白內(nèi)障超聲乳化人工晶狀體植入手術(shù)患者主視眼的轉(zhuǎn)變及對(duì)視覺質(zhì)量的影響。方法選取符合入選標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的雙眼行白內(nèi)障手術(shù)患者46例,年齡(65.8±1.3)歲。按術(shù)前屈光度分為:A組(27例),雙眼等效球鏡度數(shù)差異2D;B組(19例),雙眼等效球鏡度數(shù)差異≥2D。所有患者均行術(shù)前及術(shù)后3個(gè)月屈光度檢查,使用盲法行術(shù)前及術(shù)后1、3個(gè)月主視眼測(cè)量檢查,術(shù)后3個(gè)月行對(duì)比敏感度檢查和視覺滿意度問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果術(shù)后1個(gè)月13例(28.3%)發(fā)生主視眼轉(zhuǎn)變,A組9例,轉(zhuǎn)變率33.3%,B組4例,轉(zhuǎn)變率21.1%,2組間轉(zhuǎn)變率差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。術(shù)后3個(gè)月11例(23.9%)患者發(fā)生主視眼轉(zhuǎn)變,A組7例,轉(zhuǎn)變率25.9%,B組4例,轉(zhuǎn)變率為21.1%,主視眼轉(zhuǎn)變率組間差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。術(shù)前主視眼較非主視眼近視屈光度低(P=0.01),術(shù)后主視眼與非主視眼屈光度差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。術(shù)后主視眼發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)變與未發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)變的患者對(duì)比敏感度及視覺滿意度問卷調(diào)查差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論白內(nèi)障術(shù)后存在主視眼轉(zhuǎn)變,但主視眼轉(zhuǎn)變對(duì)視覺質(zhì)量無影響。不同程度的屈光參差患者白內(nèi)障術(shù)后主視眼轉(zhuǎn)變無明顯差異。
