【摘要】：正1病例報告例1男,56歲。因左側(cè)鼻腔反復出血1月余于2011年8月20日入院。1個月前患者突發(fā)不明原因的左側(cè)鼻腔流血后反復發(fā)作,呈鮮紅色,可以自行停止,伴輕度鼻塞。無頭痛、頭昏、溢淚,無嗅覺下降、面部麻木。門診檢查見左側(cè)鼻腔新生物,給予活檢,病理提示為惡性腫瘤,細胞分化不明。為進一步治療入我院。專科檢查:左側(cè)鼻腔中段新生物,表面不平,觸之易出血,根基位于下鼻甲中段;右側(cè)鼻腔無異常,鼻中隔無偏曲,左眼及淚道
