【摘要】： 目的：通過與常規(guī)切開法重瞼成形術(shù)的分析比較,研究瞼緣切口重瞼成形術(shù)的臨床應(yīng)用價值。 方法：隨機選取門診重瞼成形術(shù)患者60例,年齡在18-35歲之間,均對病人講明兩種術(shù)式的特點,病人自愿采取術(shù)式,其中行瞼緣切口重瞼成形術(shù)患者30例,行常規(guī)切口重瞼成形術(shù)患者30例,進行對照,術(shù)后隨訪6-17個月,對兩組術(shù)后滿意率進行比較,并行統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析。 結(jié)果：兩組手術(shù)均順利完成,兩組間總滿意率比較：常規(guī)切口組為93.3%,瞼緣切口組為96.7%,經(jīng)校正x2檢驗,x2c=0.000,P=1.0000.05,兩組間比較差別無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。兩組間非常滿意率比較：常規(guī)切口組為66.7%,瞼緣切口組為73.3%,經(jīng)x2檢驗,x2c=0.317,P=0.5730.05,兩組間比較差別無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。 結(jié)論：常規(guī)切開法重瞼成形術(shù)是目前臨床上最常用的重瞼術(shù)式之一,該術(shù)式術(shù)后臨床效果穩(wěn)定、可靠,患者滿意度高。本臨床研究通過分析比較瞼緣切口重瞼成形術(shù)和常規(guī)切開法重瞼成形術(shù)組患者術(shù)后的總滿意率,二者在統(tǒng)計學(xué)上差別無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,表明瞼緣切口重瞼成形術(shù)同樣為一種可供臨床選擇的穩(wěn)定、可靠的重瞼術(shù)式。通過分析比較兩組患者術(shù)后非常滿意率,二者在統(tǒng)計學(xué)上差別亦無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,但直接分析比較兩組的非常滿意率,常規(guī)切口組為66.7%,瞼緣切口組為73.3%,有瞼緣切口組的非常滿意率高于常規(guī)切口組的趨勢,而基于本臨床研究基數(shù)小,不能使差別顯著；瞼緣切口重瞼成形術(shù)術(shù)后切痕隱蔽,兼有切開法和埋線法兩者的優(yōu)點,同時又避免了兩種手術(shù)方法中的不足,形成的重瞼牢固、可靠、持久,無明顯的術(shù)后痕跡,為患者所滿意,使重瞼手術(shù)向更趨完美的方向邁進了一大步。鑒于瞼緣切口重瞼成形術(shù)亦為重瞼手術(shù)可選的安全、可靠方法,適應(yīng)癥范圍廣,可為臨床廣泛應(yīng)用,在合適條件下,可優(yōu)先為患者提供瞼緣切口重瞼成形術(shù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the clinical application value of double eyelid plasty by eyelid margin incision. Methods: sixty patients with double blepharoplasty, aged between 18 and 35 years, were selected randomly. The characteristics of the two methods were explained to the patients, and 30 patients underwent double blepharoplasty with eyelid margin incision. Thirty patients with double blepharoplasty with conventional incision were followed up for 6 to 17 months. The satisfaction rates of the two groups were compared and statistically analyzed. Results: the total satisfactory rate of the two groups was 93.3 in the conventional incision group and 96.7in the palpebral margin incision group. The satisfactory rate of the two groups was 66.7 in the conventional incision group and 73.3 in the eyelid margin incision group. There was no significant difference between the two groups by x2 test. Conclusion: conventional incision double eyelid plasty is one of the most commonly used double eyelid operation at present. The clinical effect of this operation is stable, reliable, and the patient satisfaction is high. This clinical study analyzed and compared the total satisfaction rate of the patients with double eyelid blepharoplasty through eyelid margin incision and conventional incision blepharoplasty. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups. The results indicate that double eyelid plasty with eyelid margin incision is also a stable and reliable double eyelid operation for clinical use. By analyzing and comparing the two groups of patients' satisfaction rate, there was no statistical difference between the two groups, but direct analysis and comparison of the two groups of very satisfactory rate, The satisfaction rate of the eyelid margin incision group was higher than that of the conventional incision group, but the clinical study base was small and the difference could not be significant, the incision mark of the eyelid margin incision was hidden after the double eyelid incision operation, the rate of satisfaction in the eyelid margin incision group was higher than that in the conventional incision group, but the difference could not be significant because of the small base of this clinical study. It has the advantages of both incision and thread embedding, and avoids the shortcomings of the two surgical methods. The double eyelids are firm, reliable, durable and have no obvious postoperative trace, which is satisfactory to the patients. So that double eyelid surgery to improve the direction of a big step forward. In view of the double blepharoplasty of eyelid margin incision is also a safe and reliable method for double eyelid surgery, it has a wide range of indications and can be widely used in clinical practice. Under suitable conditions, double eyelid plasty with eyelid edge incision can be given priority to patients with blepharoplasty.
