變應(yīng)性鼻炎患者血清IL-12和IL-27的表達(dá)水平及其意義初探

【摘要】:目的:通過(guò)研究接受和未經(jīng)免疫治療的變應(yīng)性鼻炎患者血清中IL-12和IL-27的水平,并分析IL-12和IL-27兩者的相關(guān)性,探討IL-12和IL-27在變應(yīng)性鼻炎的發(fā)病機(jī)制和治療中的作用。 方法:選擇接受免疫治療2年以上的變應(yīng)性鼻炎患者20例為免疫治療組,未經(jīng)免疫治療的變應(yīng)性鼻炎患者20例為未治療組,以20例無(wú)變態(tài)反應(yīng)疾病的健康人為對(duì)照組。三組間年齡和性別均無(wú)顯著差異,受檢前二周內(nèi)均未使用類(lèi)固醇激素。對(duì)免疫治療組和未治療組的變應(yīng)性鼻炎患者進(jìn)行癥狀和體征評(píng)分。用ELISA法檢測(cè)三組血清中IL-12和IL-27的水平。采用SPSS16.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。 結(jié)果:1.免疫治療組的癥狀和體征記分(6.95±1.19)明顯低于未治療組(9.80±1.98),兩者比較有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。2.IL-12水平:變應(yīng)性鼻炎患者未治療組、免疫治療組和正常對(duì)照組的血清IL-12濃度分別為(111.82±41.32pg/ml)、(163.78±51.76pg/ml)和(207.28±73.90pg/ml),變應(yīng)性鼻炎兩組均顯著低于正常對(duì)照組,未治療組顯著低于免疫治療組,兩兩之間比較有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。3.IL-27水平:變應(yīng)性鼻炎患者未治療組、免疫治療組和正常對(duì)照組的血清IL-27濃度分別為(287.72±1 07.97pg/m1)(403.85±155.59pg/ml)和(622.65±237.87pg/ml),變應(yīng)性鼻炎兩組均顯著低于正常對(duì)照組,免疫治療組血清IL-27濃度高于未治療組,兩兩之間比較有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。4.IL-27和IL-12水平有一定正相關(guān)性(r=0.343)。 結(jié)論:1.變應(yīng)性鼻炎患者血清中IL-12和IL-27水平顯著低于正常人,表明IL-12和IL-27在變應(yīng)性鼻炎的發(fā)病機(jī)制中起作用。2.經(jīng)免疫治療癥狀和體征獲得改善的變應(yīng)性鼻炎患者,血清中IL-12和IL-27水平顯著高于未經(jīng)治療的患者,表明IL-12和IL-27可能在變應(yīng)性鼻炎免疫治療中發(fā)揮免疫調(diào)節(jié)作用。3.IL-27與IL-12在變應(yīng)性鼻炎患者血清中的表達(dá)水平有一定正相關(guān)性,提示IL-27可能在變應(yīng)性鼻炎的發(fā)病機(jī)制中與IL-12發(fā)揮相似的作用,IL-27有可能作為治療變應(yīng)性鼻炎的新靶點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the levels of IL-12 and IL-27 in serum of allergic rhinitis treated with or without immunotherapy, and to analyze the relationship between IL-12 and IL-27, and to explore the role of IL-12 and IL-27 in the pathogenesis and treatment of allergic rhinitis. The serum levels of IL-12 and IL-27 in allergic rhinitis patients with improved symptoms and signs after immunotherapy were significantly higher than those without treatment. These results suggest that IL-12 and IL-27 may play an immunomodulatory role in the immunotherapy of allergic rhinitis. 3. IL-27 is positively correlated with the expression of IL-12 in serum of patients with allergic rhinitis. It is suggested that IL-27 may play a similar role with IL-12 in the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis. IL-27 may be a new target for the treatment of allergic rhinitis.
