【摘要】： 目的:觀察評(píng)價(jià)高強(qiáng)度超聲聚焦療法對(duì)變應(yīng)性鼻炎的療效,從流行病學(xué)角度分析影響療效的可能因素,及術(shù)后不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生情況。方法:采用重慶海扶技術(shù)有限公司生產(chǎn)地CZB型超聲波鼻炎治療儀對(duì)88例變應(yīng)性鼻炎(Allergy rhinitis, AR)患者行高強(qiáng)度聚焦超聲治療,由1位調(diào)查員進(jìn)行術(shù)前及術(shù)后隨訪調(diào)查,根據(jù)參考文獻(xiàn)和臨床常見問題設(shè)計(jì)《HIFU治療患者調(diào)查表》,所有問卷均在調(diào)查員指導(dǎo)下完成。結(jié)果:88例受試患者中3個(gè)月有效人數(shù)79人,占總?cè)藬?shù)89.77%,不同性別患者的HIFU療效無明顯差異,輕度及中-重度組AR在HIFU療效上存在差異(P0.05),不同年齡及病程的AR病人在HIFU療效上亦存在不同(P0.05),吸煙作為影響HIFU療效的危險(xiǎn)因素存在,與HIFU療效存在關(guān)聯(lián)(P0.05,γ=0.239)。鼻腔干燥作為HIFU術(shù)后的不良反應(yīng)癥狀,可較長時(shí)間存在。結(jié)論:高強(qiáng)度聚焦超聲治療對(duì)病程小于4年的輕度AR患者更具治療優(yōu)勢;吸煙作為影響HIFU療效的一個(gè)危險(xiǎn)因素存在,關(guān)聯(lián)性研究目前仍不確切;HIFU治療后患者鼻腔干燥癥狀的存在及緩解情況尚待進(jìn)一步研究。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe and evaluate the therapeutic effect of high intensity focused ultrasound therapy on allergic rhinitis and analyze the possible factors affecting the curative effect and the occurrence of postoperative adverse reactions from an epidemiological point of view. Methods: 88 patients with allergic rhinitis (Allergy rhinitis, AR) were treated with CZB ultrasonic rhinitis treatment instrument in Chongqing Haifu Technology Co., Ltd. According to references and clinical frequently asked questions, the questionnaire was designed for HIFU patients. All questionnaires were completed under the guidance of investigators. Results there were 79 effective people in 3 months (89.77%) in 8: 88 subjects. There was no significant difference in the curative effect of HIFU among different sex patients. The curative effect of HIFU was different in mild group and moderate severe group (P0.05), and the curative effect of HIFU was also different in AR patients of different ages and course of disease (P0.05). Smoking, as a risk factor affecting the curative effect of HIFU, was associated with the curative effect of HIFU (P0.05, 緯 0.239). As a symptom of adverse reaction after HIFU, nasal dryness can exist for a long time. Conclusion: high intensity focused ultrasound therapy is more effective in the treatment of mild AR patients whose course is less than 4 years, smoking is a risk factor affecting the curative effect of HIFU. The correlation study is still not exact after HIFU treatment of patients with symptoms of nasal dryness and the situation of relief need to be further studied.
