【摘要】：目的:探討變應(yīng)性鼻炎(AR)患者生活質(zhì)量水平及其影響因素,為提高其生活質(zhì)量和治療依從性提供理論依據(jù)。方法:采用鼻-結(jié)膜炎相關(guān)生活質(zhì)量問(wèn)卷(RQLQ)、視覺(jué)模擬量表(VAS)及治療依從性評(píng)分問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。120例進(jìn)入調(diào)查的患者按是否接受過(guò)用藥指導(dǎo)分為A1組和B1組,按是否接受過(guò)用藥監(jiān)督分為A2組和B2組。研究數(shù)據(jù)用SPSS 17.0軟件進(jìn)行分析處理。結(jié)果:患者治療依從性、認(rèn)知水平、RQLQ得分、VAS得分與其生活質(zhì)量各領(lǐng)域(日常生活受限、睡眠、非鼻-結(jié)膜炎癥狀、鼻炎相關(guān)行為、鼻部癥狀、眼部癥狀及心理情感反應(yīng))的相關(guān)系數(shù)呈正相關(guān),且均差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。結(jié)論:AR患者生活質(zhì)量水平受患者的治療依從性、病程長(zhǎng)短及受教育程度的影響,增強(qiáng)患者的治療依從性,可提高AR患者的生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the quality of life (QOL) of allergic rhinitis (AR) patients and its influencing factors, and to provide theoretical basis for improving their quality of life and therapeutic compliance. Methods: the rhinoconjunctivitis related quality of life (RQLQ), visual analogue scale (VAS) and therapeutic compliance score were investigated. 120 patients were divided into A1 group and B1 group according to whether they had received medication instruction or not. They were divided into A 2 group and B 2 group according to whether they had received medication supervision or not. The research data were analyzed and processed by SPSS 17.0 software. Results: patients' therapeutic compliance, cognitive level, RQLQ scores and VAS scores were correlated with their quality of life (daily life restriction, sleep, non-nasopharyngeal conjunctivitis symptoms, rhinitis related behaviors, nasal symptoms). The correlation coefficients of ocular symptoms and psychological and emotional responses were positively correlated, and the differences were statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the quality of life (QOL) is affected by the therapeutic compliance, the duration of disease and the level of education of the patients, and the quality of life can be improved by enhancing the compliance of the patients with AR.
