室?guī)恢脤Πl(fā)音影響的研究

【摘要】:目的:提出室?guī)М惓5姆侄;應用XION嗓音分析軟件,對室?guī)幱诓煌恢脮r的發(fā)聲情況進行聲學測試,探討室?guī)幱诓煌恢脮r的嗓音變化特征;探討室?guī)c發(fā)音的關系及室?guī)У奈恢脤Πl(fā)音的影響。 方法:應用多媒體技術,采用XION聲學分析軟件,選擇2009年2月到2010年12月于天津醫(yī)科大學第二醫(yī)院耳鼻喉科就診患者100例,其中室?guī)е虚g位20例,Ⅰ度外展位20例,Ⅱ度外展位20例,Ⅰ度內收位20例,Ⅱ度內收位20例。對上述100例患者行電子喉鏡和嗓音聲學分析。利用XION電子喉鏡進行室?guī)恢玫拇_定,位置確定后,對受試者進行聲音疲勞試驗指數及聲音障礙指數測定,聲音疲勞試驗中測得的參數為低聲壓級和高聲壓級的錯誤率,對同一室?guī)恢玫哪信g的聲壓級的錯誤率進行比較,并對不同位置室?guī)晧杭壍腻e誤率進行比較;聲音障礙指數測定中所得到的參數為最高基頻、最小音量、最長發(fā)音時間、Jitter、DSI,比較同一室?guī)恢玫哪信g的各參數有無統(tǒng)計學意義,并對室?guī)Р煌恢玫耐粎颠M行比較。 結果:聲音疲勞試驗測試:①組內性別間比較:室?guī)Б蚨韧庹刮荒信詣e間比較均無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);室?guī)Б穸韧庹刮荒信詣e間比較均無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);室?guī)е虚g位低聲壓級男女性別間比較有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),高聲壓級男女性別間比較無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);室?guī)Б穸葍仁瘴荒信詣e間比較無統(tǒng)計學意義(p>0.05);室?guī)Б蚨葍仁瘴坏吐晧杭壞信詣e間比較無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),高聲壓級男女性別間比較有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。②室?guī)Р煌恢猛粎当容^:男性各組間低聲壓級錯誤率比較:P均0.05;男性高聲壓級錯誤率室?guī)Б穸韧庹刮缓廷蚨韧庹刮恢g比較明顯無差異(P0.05),余有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);女性室?guī)Б穸葍仁瘴缓廷蚨葍仁瘴婚g之間低聲壓級錯誤率比較無統(tǒng)計學意義(p0.05),室?guī)Б穸韧庹刮缓廷蚨韧庹刮恢g低聲壓級錯誤率比較無統(tǒng)計學意義(p0.05),余有統(tǒng)計學意義(p0.05);女性高聲壓級錯誤率比較:室?guī)Б蚨韧庹刮缓褪規(guī)Б穸葍仁瘴槐容^無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),余有統(tǒng)計學意義(p0.05)。 聲音障礙指數測試:①組內性別間比較:室?guī)Б蚨韧庹刮荒信g最高基頻、最小音量、最長發(fā)音時間、Jitter比較無統(tǒng)計學意義(p0.05),DSI比較有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);Ⅰ度外展位男女之間最高基頻、最小音量、最長發(fā)音時間、Jitter、DSI各值比較無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);中間位男女之間最高基頻、最小音量、最長發(fā)音時間、Jitter、DSI各值比較無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);Ⅰ度內收位男女之間最高基頻、最小音量、最長發(fā)音時間、Jitter、DSI各值比較無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);Ⅱ度內收位男女之間最高基頻、最小音量、Jitter、DSI各值比較無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),最長發(fā)音時間比較有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。②室?guī)Р煌恢猛粎当容^的結果:男性、女性室?guī)Ц魑恢肈SI比較均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);男性Ⅱ度外展位和Ⅰ度內收位最高基頻比較無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),其他位置最高基頻比較有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),女性Ⅱ度外展位和Ⅰ度內收位最高基頻比較無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),其他位置最高基頻比較有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);男性、女性各位置之間最小音量比較均無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);男性、女性各位置最長發(fā)音時間比較均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);男性室?guī)Б蚨韧庹刮缓廷穸韧庹刮籎itter比較無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),其余位置Jitter均比較有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),女性室?guī)Б蚨韧庹刮缓廷穸韧庹刮、室(guī)Б蚨韧庹刮缓廷穸葍仁瘴籎itter比較無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),其他位置比較均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。 結論:①室?guī)⑴c了發(fā)音的過程;②室?guī)г谡N恢脮r,聲音疲勞度和聲音障礙指數最低,室?guī)x正常位置后,聲音疲勞度和聲音障礙指數增高;隨偏離的程度的加大聲音疲勞度和聲音障礙指數加大;③室?guī)仁瘴粚β曇舻挠绊懞褪規(guī)庹刮粚β曇舻挠绊懹胁町?病變不具有對稱性,室?guī)仁瘴宦曇羝诘某潭群吐曇粽系K指數的程度高于室?guī)庹刮?Ⅱ度內收位對發(fā)音影響最大;④聲音疲勞測試和聲音障礙指數測試可以作為評價室?guī)Р∽兊闹匾陀^指標。
[Abstract]:Objective : To propose the division of ventricular zone anomaly .
This paper applies XION ' s voice analysis software to test the phonation condition of the room with different positions , and discusses the characteristic of voice variation when the room band is in different positions .
To explore the relationship between the room band and pronunciation and the influence of the position of the chamber band on pronunciation .

Methods : 100 patients were treated with XION acoustic analysis software from February 2009 to December 2010 in the second hospital of Tianjin Medical University .
The parameters obtained in the measurement of the sound barrier index are the highest fundamental frequency , the minimum volume , the longest pronunciation time , the distance , the dsi , the comparison of the parameters between the men and women in the same chamber band position , and the comparison of the same parameters with different positions of the chambers .

Results : There was no significant difference between sex among males and females ( P0.05 ) .
