【摘要】：目的:探討B(tài)arbecue法、Gufoni法聯(lián)合強迫長時間側臥位法(FPP)序貫治療在水平半規(guī)管管結石癥和壺腹嵴帽結石癥中的臨床應用價值。方法:分析2010-02-2012-08期間確診為水平半規(guī)管良性陣發(fā)性位置性眩暈的42例患者,確診為管結石癥者首先行Barbecue法復位,嵴帽結石癥患者則先行Gufoni法轉換眼震后行Barbecue法復位。對無效和不能耐受Barbecue復位者聯(lián)合FPP。結果:42例患者中,首次手法復位成功率為76.2%(32/42)。首次治療后無效、復發(fā)和不能耐受者共16例,經Barbecue復位法和(或)Gufoni法聯(lián)合FPP序貫治療后有效率為87.5%(14/16)。結論:Barbecue法、Gufoni法聯(lián)合FPP序貫法是治療不能耐受反復Barbecue復位、無效以及復發(fā)性水平半規(guī)管結石癥患者的一種實用、有效的方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical application of Barbecue method and Gufoni method combined with forced long term lateral position (FPP) in the treatment of horizontal semicircular canal calculi and ampullary crest calculi. Methods: 42 cases of horizontal semicircular canal benign paroxysmal positional vertigo diagnosed between 2010-02-2012-08 were analyzed. The patients diagnosed as tubulolithiasis were treated with Barbecue method first, and the patients with crest stone were treated with Barbecue method after the change of eyes by Gufoni method. In combination with FPP in patients with ineffective and intolerable Barbecue reduction. Results the successful rate of first manual reduction was 76.2% (32 / 42). There were 16 cases of failure, recurrence and intolerance after the first treatment. The effective rate was 87.5% (14 / 16) after Barbecue reduction and / or Gufoni combined with FPP. ConclusionGufoni's method combined with FPP is a practical and effective method in the treatment of patients with recurrent Barbecue reduction, ineffectiveness and recurrent horizontal semicircular canal calculi.
