【摘要】：目的檢測(cè)老年眼瞼基底細(xì)胞癌中弗林蛋白酶(Furin)、轉(zhuǎn)移抑制基因(nm)23和血管內(nèi)皮生長(zhǎng)因子(VEGF)表達(dá)特點(diǎn)及臨床意義。方法收集79例老年眼瞼基底細(xì)胞癌術(shù)后組織蠟塊及臨床資料為觀察組,老年基底細(xì)胞乳頭狀瘤術(shù)后組織蠟塊56例為對(duì)照組,切緣為正常皮膚組織的56例為正常對(duì)照組,應(yīng)用免疫組化方法檢測(cè)3組Furin、nm23和VEGF表達(dá)。結(jié)果 Furin、nm23和VEGF在3組中表達(dá)陽(yáng)性率差別顯著(P均0.01),觀察組中Furin、nm23和VEGF表達(dá)與腫瘤最大徑、脈管浸潤(rùn)和TNM分期密切相關(guān)(P均0.05)。觀察組中Furin和VEGF表達(dá)呈正相關(guān)(r=0.04,P=0.043),Furin和nm23表達(dá)呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.49,P=0.034 8)。結(jié)論老年眼瞼基底細(xì)胞癌術(shù)后組織中Furin、nm23和VEGF異常表達(dá),三者在腫瘤癌變及腫瘤進(jìn)展過(guò)程中可能起促進(jìn)作用。Furin可能通過(guò)促進(jìn)VEGF表達(dá)對(duì)腫瘤血管生成有一定的調(diào)節(jié)作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the expression of Furin, metastasis suppressor gene (nm) 23 and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in eyelid basal cell carcinoma (BCC) and its clinical significance. Methods Seventy-nine cases of eyelid basal cell carcinoma were collected as observation group, 56 cases as control group, 56 cases as normal skin tissue, 56 cases as control group. The expression of Furinnm23 and VEGF was detected by immunohistochemical method. Results the positive rates of Furinnm23 and VEGF in the three groups were significantly different (P0.01). The expression of Furinnm23 and VEGF in the observation group was closely related to the tumor maximum diameter, vascular invasion and TNM staging (all P 0.05). There was a positive correlation between Furin and nm23 expression in the observation group (P 0.043). There was a negative correlation between Furin expression and nm23 expression in the observation group. Conclusion the abnormal expression of Furinnm23 and VEGF may play an important role in carcinogenesis and tumor progression in the elderly patients with BCC. Furin may play a role in regulating tumor angiogenesis by promoting the expression of VEGF.
